The taps are installed at the bar at Quincy's, which is taking over the former Hard Times Cafe space at 4920 Del Ray Avenue in downtown Bethesda. What bar would be complete without a Golden Tee arcade machine? That's in place, as well.

The twins adore Golden Tee. They even have their own machine downstairs in the game room. Our new Au Pair, arriving next week, is over 21. I will definitely tell her to take them to Quincy's when it opens for business.
Where's the new Au Pair from?
Place is gonna suck. Food and is atrocious in other location. This one is even worse as its part owner, Arnie Fainman, is the same A-hole former tenant of Bethesda Community Store who admitted stealing the sign right off the front of the building in violation of the county permitting that overseas historic properties. Wish corporate Hard Times took that over. That totally stinks that closed. I'll be happy when Quincy's funeral is announced.
Will Quincy's have plasma TVs like the gym in the Gallery?
Maybe the Bethesda Community Store sign ends up as part of the decor at Quincy's?
@11:47AM But how do you really feel?
I hope they fail... I imagine every dirt-bag in Bethesda will frequent this place. If a certain somebody wasn't involved I might even be a patron but my disgust for one particular owner will prevent me from spending a dime in the Bethesda location.
PS... This place has been a disaster since they announced their Thanksgiving opening.
Who else is involved, other than Arnie?
Now that's funny right there
How do I really feel? Like speaking the truth. Hey, I just did.
Ditto.
A new place for Gaithersburg/Germantown trash to drink some Bud light.
Do Gaithersburg/Germantown folks bypass Crown Farm, Rio, Rockville Town Square and Pike & Rose to come to Bethesda to drink Bud Light?
2:47. Hahaha not likely!
WHATS THAT BIG "Q" ABOUT???
IS THIS A GAY BAR???????
If this is owned by Arnie Fainman then I WILL NOT go here. I have lived in Bethesda for more than 30 years and I always got attitude when going to Bethesda Community Store. Not supporting him again.
what everybody else said. their other locations are disgusting and the owner is an @ss. no no no and no.
Our new Au Pair is from Germany
Not if, he is part owner.
10:53 I think this one is from Nigeria.
You thought Steamers was a steaming pile of ( o ), "The Q" owner also owns the Bracket Room in Arlington and it's just a sad. Soon may you flounder, like a "real" fish taco.
Robert and the Twins will battle it out for the top score on Golden Tee.
