Double lane closure wreaks havoc on Wisconsin Ave. commuters in downtown Bethesda during morning rush (Photos)

Two out of three southbound lanes of Wisconsin Avenue were closed at Bethesda Avenue, at the peak of rush hour this morning, The Maryland State Highway Administration said the cause is emergency road work. Cars were backed up as far as Battery Lane, and traffic spilled over onto side streets. Avoid the area.

It's always good to know about traffic jams two hours after they happen.

Looks like he took the photo from 7101. How long before they chased him out?

It is most likely not Dyer's photo, but a photo someone took and sent to him as a news lead.

Aerial photo looks great.

Sour grapes by Robert's self proclaimed competition!

6:57: I was the first media outlet to report it. I broke the story, moron.

7:19: Probably not as fast as they chased trespassing Bethesda Magazine out of that private parking garage yesterday.

Dyer @ 1:59 PM - No you weren't, you liar.

2:10: A Twitter account is not a media outlet. Journalism 101. Take it.

Does journalism 101 cover ethics of censorship?

Ok more rules from Robert Dyer. Twitter is not a media outlet. But Blogspot is. Is that correct?

Rule #52: "It's not a scoop/plagiarism if we all got the same press release."

3:34 - It's funny how Dyer touts the Purple Line on his Silver Spring blog while he trashes it on his Bethesda blog.

Kind of like the way he laments the fate of the freedmen's cemetery on his Bethesda blog, but cries even bigger tears over the move of the Confederate statue on his Rockville blog.

Divide and conquer, as they say.

Get your debate tickets while they last. $75- cash, credit or venmo.
(The interns set me up with venmo)

I love EastMoCo. Seems like every morning there's some new development, store or restaurant being reported on.

The interns are so talented. They set up venmo while researching more details about this story.

What is an "intern" and why are we all expected to point and giggle at that, when you type that obsessively?

How would you classify Robert Dyer?

Impersonating a real person online is a crime in this state. Only by the grace
and good will of the real Steve
are you not currently under investigation.

Imagine being so pro-Dyer that one would risk criminal penalty to fight Dyer's battles. SMH.

It's very telling that Dyer allows those comments to remain, whereas he deletes all critical comments.

Indeed.
