Way to throw in that your heard about it before others reported it. Just so everyone knows you were first of course.
blah, blah, blah, Hans Riemer sucks, blah, blah, blah Hans Riemer's fault, blah, blah, blah
Deja moo. When you know you've experienced this BS before.
Now we're blaming Reimer for decisions at CVS corporate! Unbelievable!!
Editorializing much?
Of the Republicans' attempts to divert from the big story of the day - the indictment of Paul Manafort and his associate Rick - this one has to be the lamest.
I heard Riemer personally called the CEO of CVS and convinced him to cut back hours on that store. Stupid Riemer!
To be fair, Hallmark is kinda moribund, too. They only have about three stores left in the County. They should have sold to Facebook, no later than 2010.
Another example of the author's envy over those who hold the office he couldn't win.

#MeToo
One of the deleted comments posited that pharmacies are undergoing industry-wide change, and that consolidations/hours adjustments might be more of a nationwide trend than the result of one council member's policies. In what way did such commentary violate the site's unpublished comment policy? Are opinions that challenge the author's preferred narrative not permitted?
Why do Republicans hate critical thinking so much?
Amazon is going after pharmacies next.
The winner of today's non-sequitur: "In order to promote the nighttime economy, I demand that 24-hour pharmacies close."
I'd love to hear Robert Dyer explain how Tommy Joe's relocating to the site of a former furniture repair shop, Tapp'd replacing Union Jack's, Ri-Ra closing their Bethesda and Arlington restaurants, the owner of Hard Times' medically-related financial woes, and the closure of Steamer's and Hard Times for repeated liquor law violations, resulted in CVS ending their 24-hour pharmacy service.

Riemmmmmmeeeeeerrrrr!
For all the time spent by Reamer on the nightlife economy in Bethesda (and by his acolytes blogging about it), I don't see much tangible progress.
How would Robert Dyer have kept Ri-Ra, Hard Times, Relic and Steamers from closing? I would love to hear that.
Admit it Dyer, you have unlimited free refills at the soda machine in the deli at Safeway.
What exactly was the night time initiative?
6:36 AM = That's the question all voters need to ask.
Robert your taco bell video is classic pal!!! You really are Napoleon Dynamte... Quesadilla, the L's are silent pal!!! I swear to god anyone want a good laugh go watch Robert say Quesadilla over and over again.
Hopefully Safeway will get the business instead of CVS (I hate that corporation).
11:42 - Good. Better service and cheaper price right to your door.
