Like clockwork!’

Dang if I had heard about it earlier I might have been able to go there for the opening but I already made lunch plans.
This article plagiarizes Robert Dyer's article at 5:00 AM Dyer Standard Time.
I'm so glad it's overcast. We are spared the worst of Dyer's ridiculous filters this morning.
PINES OF"ROME"
(Why was this comment deleted? In what way does it violate the imaginary comment policy?)
I don't see my comment either. If you say that but a place won't survive because it's Old Bethesda moving in to New Bethesda that gets you deleted? That's cold.
Six months. The one time I went to Pines, I swear on the life of Chef Boyardee the spaghetti sauce came out of a can. Not even a jar. A CAN. It was the worst Italian meal I have ever had outside of a hospital cafeteria. And the folks who've been eating there out of nostalgia (you are far kinder than I, those of you who do this) won't fight the parking in the new location.
Bona sera, Pines.
How was the parking easier on Hampden? There's a garage on Cordell and another walkable garage over on the next street.
Why are there two articles about Pines with the same headline?
I’ve never eaten there but never will now since I believe everything written here on dyers blog verbatim.
