Firefighters investigating smoke near Bethesda Metro station platform

Montgomery County firefighters responded to a report of smoke near the platform at the Bethesda Metro station. An electrician from Metro arrived on-scene, as well. The smoke was determined to be coming from a light fixture, and there is no fire emergency at this time. A plastic bottle was melting on top of the lamp, according to a firefighter communicating via radio.

"When???"

LOL. And just a stock photo of a fire engine in the bus terminal, no pictures of the platform where the (tiny) fire actually happened.

Meanwhile, I'm off to Bethesda Beat where I can read about the latest bust of MS-13 members, and sexual assaults against our children and youths.

When was this?

And serious request, not a troll: can you please change your timezone settings to Eastern? I can't remember whether your blog is set to Mountain, Pacific, whatever, so seeing the time stamp on it is not helpful at all, especially when you post breaking stories like this one.
