The countdown to October 18 continues at Anthropologie & Co. and Terrain Cafe at Bethesda Row. You might even be able to get a job before they open.

Federal Realty killed off Parker's, Sala Thai, and Barnes & Noble.

Bethesda Row will soon join Rockville Town Center and Wildwood, in oblivion.

Amazon will be moving in here soon.

In not more than 2 years from now, this will be a Burlington Coat Factory.

No story on Wildwood parking meter rumor. And now, scooped. Too late. This is direct from Store Reporter.com, my new favorite site. Robert, how did these folks jump on your turf and scoop you? Fed Realty tells us those rumors are not true. Parking at Wildwood will continue to be free.

3:56: LOL - I'm scooped on a fake news story that wasn't true to begin with? Ridiculous. The site that thought Wildwood would start charging for parking at a strip mall, where it's free at the competitor across the street, is your "new favorite?"

Yeah, it is my new favorite because they reported on a story of interest and you refused to or were clueless about. Fake news? What are you talking about? You run a local blog. Your job is to report on stories like this, interview Federal Realty in this case, and report that though it was a widely held rumor, that it wasn't accurate. You never, ever call or get comment from anyone on the record. Stop taking crappy photos at 2am and get the facts. How hard is that?

There is a shadow of two hands holding an iPhone, in the last photo. Obviously Dyer didn't take that photo.

5:54: So you made up a fake news story, just so you could post another unhinged attack rant against me? I'm sorry your mom makes you go to bed at 8 PM every night, but that's no excuse to lash out at other actual adults who are getting things done. At least come up with some new talking points.

9:02: The picture wasn't taken with an iPhone, dumbass.

Frankly, I enjoy reading your blog and appreciate the thought and material you put into it. However, what I don’t appreciate is the lashing out at commenters. I don’t condone, agree with, or think it is right what some people say on here, but many of your responses are concerning, especially coming from someone running to be a representative.

8:04: Where's the outrage about the vile campaign Hans Riemer is running through his operative here in my comments section, including threats, vulgar insults, racist and homophobic statements, cyberbullying and harassment? That's more concerning than my mild-by-comparison, PG-rated response, especially coming from someone who is actually a sitting elected official in the County.

As for my willingness to fight back against Riemer's tactics in my own comments section, "When they go low, we kick 'em."
