A utility crew is working on Cordell Avenue between Old Georgetown Road and Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda. The contractor specializes in underground high voltage lines, so it appears to be Pepco-related. They've also got a reel of heavy cable on a big rig trailer by the Norfolk Avenue Streetery.
