Gluten-free bakery to open on St. Elmo Avenue in Bethesda
A gluten-free bakery will open later this year at 4927 St. Elmo Avenue in downtown Bethesda. That is the former home of Bone Jour. The owner says there will also be a menu of beverages along with the baked goods. Service will be take-out only, with no dine-in seating. Downtown Bethesda has two existing gluten-free businesses, The Red Bandana Bakery and Lilit Cafe.

This anti-gluten stance does not match with the diversity stance Bethesda wants to promote.
Has the bakery picked out a name yet?
5:19: No. TBD.
You meant "taste-free". Every gluten-free baked good I've tried has the texture of molded sawdust. I doubt this place will be any different.
