You said that MoMall would be open, earlier this morning. I guess Hogan couldn't keep the state roads plowed so people could drive there.
10:07: No, I said they were deciding, and would announce their decision, which they did.
Not to say state roads are in great shape, but don't forget - Westfield has many tons of snow to move on that huge property before they can open.
Mamma Lucia is open at Bethesda Row.
Mussle bar and American tap room are open also vino volo
Cafe Deluxe has the bar open. Only food is burger, chicken sandwich or chicken egg rolls
