So no word yet on any retail or restaurants in the base? Some very large retail spaces were constructed in the large footprint. I bet these will be challenging to lease, at least for a few years until more residential and office buildings are built in the area. Being close to the new police station, a donut shop seems like a natural...

How these new buildings look at night is cool. I love the LED touches on The Cheval. You can only see that at night!
If you leave the office in Bethesda to head home to Frederick at 4:30pm then, sure, you probably won't have evening Bethesda photos.
