7-Eleven is coming to Westfield Montgomery Mall. It will be located on the outer edge of the food court. "Coming Soon" signage is emphasizing Slurpees, and it will be interesting to see if this store plays up its fresh food and drink items given the location.
Over fifty percent of 7-Eleven's customers nationwide are millennials, according to the Dallas Morning News, so this is certainly a solid strategy to retain that demographic at the mall. The famous Big Bite hot dog is certainly competitive with other food court offerings.

From the Dallas Morning News article:
"A major $4.4 billion merger is pending. San Antonio-based CST Brands Inc. shareholders have agreed to be purchased by Canada-based Alimentation Couche-Tard, the parent company of Circle K."
Sounds like an extreme version of a Couch Potato. LOL
Did Roald create that sign? Looks like his style.
Getting a Slurpee at the mall isn't a bad idea actually.
What a great fit. Not really.
This will be great for buying candy and drinks to smuggle in to ArcLight.
Unfortunately that will mean that the theater will pressure Westfield to cancel their lease, as happened with the CVS that used to be there.
Why are other local bloggers so insecure that they have to troll here and post false claims. LOL
Considering the downward spiral of this mall 7-Eleven makes perfect sense. Stock up on skittles and Sprite for your syrup, then go pretend you're gonna buy a Tesla..
