Del Frisco's Grille closed yesterday at Pike & Rose. According to a sign posted in the window, the charter tenant of the Federal Realty development is "permanently closed." I enjoyed many meals at this location, including the best Thanksgiving turkey I've ever had at a restaurant.

It's too bad about the closure, I went there for a happy hour and it was quite nice. DC Eater says the national chain was purchased and that's why the Pike & Rose and downtown DC locations are closing. https://dc.eater.com/2019/10/14/20914399/del-friscos-grille-closing-downtown-dc-bethesda
The new owner also owns Morton's, so maybe he didn't want them to compete with one another?
Bored now

"I enjoyed many meals at this location, including the best Thanksgiving turkey I've ever had at a restaurant."
How come you never mentioned this on your Bethesda or Rockville blogs? Why do you keep your YouTube channel hidden as if it was a child that has been institutionalized?
"I enjoyed many meals at this location."
Entrees start at $35 and go all the way up to $160 for "Wagyu Tasting".
Even sides like onion rings are $13.
Where do you get this kind of money, Robbie?
7:00: Are you sure you're looking at the right Del Frisco's, Saul?
6:56: There's a link to my YouTube channel prominently placed on the sidebar, Einstein, and I've listed Del Frisco's in my Thanksgiving guide every year. Very uninformed troll criticism.
Worst steak I ever had, nothing but gristle. I've had not so good meals, but this was the first time I actually complained in a restaurant. Good riddance.

You missed my point completely. Why don't you link DIRECTLY to your INDIVIDUAL reviews of local restaurants on your blogs?
The individual sites on your "Network" - blogs, Twitter accounts, Instagram accounts, Facebook pages, and YouTube channel, are very poorly integrated with one another.
7:53 AM is attacking the media...again!
Kind of weird to wish local journalists were "on the street". Come on, man.
7:17: Saul, the sites are masterfully integrated. The links are all on the sidebar. It's so easy to click on them, even a caveman can do it, old sport.
7:58 AM Dyer is not a journalist or even a person who ever contributed anything of value to mankind. It's sad he has had a privileged life when others struggle.
8:10: I have a long list of accomplishments that have helped the community. It's trolls like you who contribute nothing, and should punch themselves.
8:21am Dyer is the most read digital local news source in the county, according to Alexa analytics.
To call ones own site “masterful” seems a bit pompous to me. To say it was functional and easy to navigate, which it is, would be my choice of words, but to declare it “masterful” is way too aggrandizing, in my humble opinion.
Saul will not replace Robert
You ate there on thanksgiving? What happened your family finally get sick of you? That is really sad
From the Best of Tarnation Bob, Wheaton edition:
"Sure, that's how I was on the Dean's List every semester in college, by not developing mentally past the age of ten. My narrow view of the world led me to get a B.A. in Latin American history. I report on the mom and pop restaurants all the time. Don't forget that even chain restaurants are locally-owned by a franchisee most of the time. Anybody who dismisses unlimited breadsticks and delicious meals at Olive Garden most certainly has 'zero intellectual curiosity.'"
Hi, Woodmont! Where ya been, buddy? Have you been taking care of yourself? Getting enough sleep?
You were anxious to show us all where he's cited all the jobs he's had. Or you were going to tell us yourself. We chatted just a few days ago.
Did you forget? Are you feeling ok?
Mr Bob, why delete this? What have you got against Woodmont? They certainly like you. Did you have a falling out?
Good.
