Potomac construction update: Playa Bowls (Photos)

I like poke bowls and I hope they do well, but it feels like all these poke places just opening are a bit behind the curve and the fad has died down quite a bit.

Oh. My mistake. What are they? The article didn’t say. I just assumed from the “Bowl” in the name my bad.
