Very sad news about Arne Sorenson today: https://news.marriott.com/news/2021/02/16/marriott-international-announces-the-unexpected-passing-of-arne-m-sorenson-president-and-ceo
May his memory be a blessing.
It's great to see that Marriott is making such a huge investment in Downtown Bethesda. This will really help local businesses, restaurants and retail.
Bethesda also lost another prominent leader with the sudden passing of Robert Altman, CEO and founder of Rockville's ZeniMax. He was also the husband of Lynda Carter, the original Wonder Woman.
