Renovations at The Seasons in Bethesda
The ground floor exterior of The Seasons, the Nathan Landow-developed apartment building at 4710 Bethesda Avenue, is undergoing an extensive remodeling. It includes the canopy and lobby entrance, and the retail storefront areas.

It’s good to see this tired building building get a refresh. I just read that the Capital One Bank to the west is closing. I wonder if that site might be included with the proposed tower at the SW corner of Bethesda and Wisconsin. It would be nice to see that whole stretch from the former Passion Fish to Wisconsin become an more attractive and activated streetscape, connecting Bethesda Row with the proposed Food Hall and massive park expansion planned around the Farm Women’s Market.
