What's in your wallet? Capital One has $7.1 million more in its billfold after selling its property at 4708 Bethesda Avenue, according to Maryland real estate records. The recently-shuttered bank and surrounding land was purchased by Wisconsin Avenue Properties, LLC, a shell company of Foulger-Pratt, a major development firm in Potomac.

Foulger-Pratt is assembling several contiguous properties at that location, including the former Starbucks and Carroll Community Bank buildings on Wisconsin Avenue. The firm is currently in the process of seeking approval from Montgomery County for a high-rise residential building on the entire end of that block east of The Seasons, currently known as 7126 Wisconsin.
