Here's a sneak peek at the updates to Cafe X-Press, reopening soon at 8000 Norfolk Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The dining room has been refreshed. Menu boards are now electronic. Cafe X-Press closed last summer, but is coming back under new management.

Prices are good. Any idea how late they'll be open. They coudl do good business from the after-bar crowd. Right now it's just Tastee and Avenue open late.
The old Cafe Xpress had a great sandwich menu. This menu looks pretty basic, IMO. We'll see...
