When I broke the story about The Salt Line coming to Bethesda Row last month, it was one of the biggest restaurant names to announce expansion plans for Bethesda since Frank Pepe's pizzeria. The "coming soon" signage installed at the restaurant's future space at 4900 Hampden Lane is equally as big. Even the blue lighting tint fits the nautical-themed window coverings.

7:56: They started construction a few months back, but...the last time I looked in, everything was exactly where and as it was in my last update. Nothing further had been done.
Glad to see there's finally some action on this. Should be a great addition to the neighborhood. Crazy how long "The Riggsby" just sat there empty. What a huge loss of money that must have been.
