First look: Oishii Ramen Cafe in Bethesda (Photos)
Here's a preview of Oishii Ramen Cafe at 4901-B Fairmont Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The interior has an upscale appearance, with fancy light fixtures and an impressive wall mural on the right side. Stay tuned for an opening date.
