Very little progress has been made so far on what should eventually be a very upscale interior. Note the massive support columns, similar to those seen in the ground level of the new 8001 Woodmont development a few blocks north of here.

Good planning. They're getting things sealed up and all the workers inside before the cold weather hits. Inside work on this should go really quickly.
