What's new is old again. The new barbershop opening soon at 7830 Wisconsin Avenue, in the ground floor of the Fairmont Plaza condos, is actually 8000 Barber Shop moving south from 8000 Wisconsin. Sounds like it may be time for a name change! "7830 Barber Shop" doesn't have quite the same ring to it, though.
