One of the most prominent landmarks in downtown Bethesda is suddenly feeling blue. After many years greeting those entering the central business district from MD 355 and East-West Highway with its red light sculpture, the highly-visible art installation atop the Bethesda Crescent office building has changed its hue. In what could be a case of light envy of new neighbor Avocet Tower, the building's light sculpture is now blue.
