You can't say Karl Malden didn't warn you. A pickpocket incident was reported at a hotel in the Friendship Heights area of Chevy Chase on Wednesday morning. The report was made at a hotel in the 5500 block of Wisconsin Avenue, according to crime data; there is a Courtyard by Marriott hotel there. It appears the pickpocket then attempted to use the stolen credit cards at a nearby department store.
