The new townhomes developed by EYA at the Cabin John Village shopping center have sold out. According to the development firm, residents will soon be able to move into the final ten homes that were available. EYA built 48 townhouses in partnership with property owner EDENS, and they have been snapped up in less than two years. It appears the shopping center was a major draw for buyers, so it will be interesting to see if EYA's next project at Westbard Square will sell at a similar pace, if Regency Centers can deliver retail and restaurant tenants of the level Cabin John Village has.

Such a nice place! Who wouldn’t want to live behind a strip shopping center, and drive past the loading dock, cardboard compactor, stacks of wooden pallets, and the dumpsters of a Giant supermarket every day, to get to your $2M townhouse? I wonder if one of those Giant shopping carts would fit in your (optional) private elevator? I bet the views from your roof terrace will have some nice panoramic vistas of the Giant HVAC equipment. Ahh, I love the smell of compacted food waste in the morning…
At least their caper at Wildwood is adjacent to, but not directly behind the shopping center.
@5:44 AM - At Wildwood you would be much more at home, especially with the medical building at your front door. Why, the psychiatrist could make your house calls.
Wildwood is the nicest area in all of Bethesda!
