Hampden House is a pretty bad name. Sounds kinda like Halfway House.
I'm curious what the ground level retail will be at this corner.
Renderings by the architect show a large Apple logo hovering above the large two-story high retail space on Wisconsin, that includes a large mezzanine, and an internal elevator, that is present in many flagship Apple stores. Probably just wishful marketing by the architect and renderer, but it would be quite cool to have a large flagship Apple store in downtown Bethesda, adjacent to the Red and Purple Line entrances.
