Foxtrot, a market and cafe opening soon at 7262 Woodmont Avenue at Bethesda Row, looks nearly complete inside. Seating is now in place in many areas, but shelves are still empty. The market, which replaces Mussel Bar, appears to be on-target for its expected fall opening.
