Work is underway inside and outside of the future Babycat Brewery at 4829 Rugby Avenue, at the Gallery Bethesda II apartment tower. A lot of progress has been made on the exterior painting of the facade. Nice! Bethesda is too elderly at this point to have a true nightlife like Silver Spring or DC, but the neighborhood should at least have more open-til-midnight places like this.
I sure hope they got permission from their landlord to paint the brick facade above their storefront…

The owner must have high hopes. I was behind a brand-new Range Rover today fully emblazoned with their logo. Sounds like a cool place and definitely needed as was said.
