Still to come at the growing site are 264 luxury apartments, 104 luxury condos, a 177-room Canopy by Hilton hotel, and 200,000 SF more of retail and restaurant space. Phase 2 also includes Rose Park, which will not only provide public space, but room for events as well. Nearby streets can be closed off for concerts and other activities, as they will be controlled by Federal Realty, not Montgomery County.
A 2017 delivery is expected for Phase 2.
