Lolli and Pops has opened at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda. The new candy store is a veritable Willy Wonka factory selling a variety of candies and sweets from around the world, including Japanese soda, Spanish sourbelts, and Madagascar chocolates. Lolli and Pops is located on Level 1.
