New Sunday brunch at Black's Bar + Kitchen in Bethesda

One of the best brunches in Bethesda just got better. Black's Bar + Kitchen executive chef Dane Sewlall has added several new a la carte items, including Oyster Benedict with cornmeal fried oysters, over-easy eggs, and horseradish-choron hollandaise served on an English muffin with a haricot verts and arugula salad.

"The People's Brunch" will allow you to build your own brunch buffet-style, choosing from options like the prime rib carving and omelette stations.

New cocktails include a new set of Bloody Marys using ingredients like a Worcestershire prosciutto chip, activated charcoal and oyster brine.

Brunch is served on Sundays from 11:00 to 2:30 PM. Parking is available in the public garage directly to the left of the restaurant.

Did pricing change for the brunch?

Pricing was the biggest issue. Too expensive. Good eating but way too expensive.

5:08: The restaurant did not mention any change in price.

Not sure what you mean when you say pricing is an issue. Black's is consistently less expensive than a comparable brunch in Midtown Manhattan. It is a steal.

Nothing is too expensive for the independently wealthy Dyer!

Nothing is too expensive when you're getting it for free in exchange for advertising!

I'd like to know what the Progressive Bethesdian thinks about Blacks Brunch, you out there or did your Tesla run out of juice and leave you stranded in the Hamptons?
