Sex offense on Kentucky Avenue? Probably involved incest or a 13-year-old bride.

Dyers weak crime reporting attempts are quite lame. The Beat has more meat on the bone, such as this incident; http://www.bethesdamagazine.com/Bethesda-Beat/Web-2016/County-Police-Arrest-Two-After-Early-Sunday-Morning-Car-Chase-Along-Rockville-Pike/

I agree there seems to be a dramatic increase in crime around the Mall. Not just shoplifting but armed robbery.

What is the mall management doing to protect shoppers?

Nothing appears to be the answer!!
