The windows have been papered over at the former Bold Bite restaurant at the corner of Norfolk and Cordell Avenues. Construction on the interior of an as-yet unnamed taco joint is finally getting underway. The owner has said the restaurant will open this winter, and promises "world class tacos."

I'm surprised that you didn't notice the liquor license application. That was clearly visible in the bright midday sunlight this week.
