Seems like every morning I get up and Robert Dyer has a new report on development!

We tried, but can't see this site from the office windows. Thanks for the update!

Say goodbye to walking on St Elmo or Fairmont for the next three years.

Does this mean Vuk is closed? That's one of about 4 places in Bethesda worth going to.

@ 1:17 PM - Vuk, and the other businesses in the three buildings adjacent to the one that is being demolished, were open today. But don't expect Mr. Nighttime Creepy Peeper to contact anyone in the Daytime Economy to find out the status of this project and the businesses affected by it.

@ 2:17pm - I have swollen eyes when I see the two women wearing identical clothes with matching Target Bags hanging at Harris Teeter Starbucks.

Considering the fact that the developers don't even have an approved site plan, much less building permits, this site could remain vacant and abandoned for at least another year, like the Steamers and Ranger Surplus sites.
