Carr Properties' 7272 Wisconsin Avenue development reached another milestone on Wednesday. The public parking garage at The Wilson opened for public use. There is currently an "evening special" being offered - $12 after 5:00 PM until closing. Also at The Wilson, the sign for Tatte Bakery was installed, and it was lit last night.

I didn’t know that public parking was available in that garage. Seems like a very expensive place to park, at least compared to the nearby CCT garage under the Darcy and Flats at Bethesda Avenue.
It's an extremely common practice for office buildings to offer flat rate public parking after 5pm when their lots have significantly emptied out.
Drove by during the day and there is no sign for any public parking. So, I guess that, even with a nearly vacant building, the public cannot park there before 5pm.
