It's been a weekend of non-weather related power outages for some Bethesda residents. This morning, there is another small outage near the interchange of the Capital Beltway and Old Georgetown Road. Less than five customers are impacted by the outage. Pepco estimates power will be restored there by 10:00 AM this morning.
