Casa Oaxaca is the latest Bethesda restaurant maximizing the use of its outdoor dining space. The Mexican restaurant at 4905 Fairmont Avenue plans to add a retractable roof to its patio. It will be made of a fabric material, and allow more seasonal and most-weather use of the space.
