The crowds lined up down the block on Elm Street last night, to get a free scoop at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at Bethesda Row. It was a good evening to celebrate the start of summer in between storms. Did you stop by for a free scoop? Which flavor did you get?

Is it just Americans who ALWAYS show up when something is free.
Do they do this in Europe? If I give something away free on Craiglist
I get a million calls. Yet if I ask $1 for the same item, nothing.
