A long-vacant dry cleaners space at 5238 River Road in Bethesda finally has a new tenant. Bethesda Smoke Shop will be opening soon in a very high-traffic location, next to the venerable Talbert's convenience store.
Inventory was being placed on the shelves yesterday. The shop will offer cigars, smoking and hookah accessories, and CBD products.
