Demolition of the Auburn Professional Building is set to begin. Fencing is up on the perimeter of the office building, and retail properties, on the site of the future residential development that will replace them. Runoff control barriers are also in place in some areas. The Auburn Professional Building is located at 4915 Auburn Avenue.

Also, a Clark construction sign has been placed in front of the old la Madeleine on Old Georgetown Road.
