Work is still below street level at the construction site of the future Solaire 7607 Old Georgetown Road apartment tower. This is on the former site of La Madeleine in downtown Bethesda. Developed by Washington Property Company, the Solaire will house 198 units and 1500 square feet of ground floor retail. It is scheduled for delivery in late 2023.
