PGA Tour Superstore sets grand opening date in North Bethesda
The new PGA Tour Superstore at 5100 Nicholson Lane at White Flint Plaza finally has a tee-off date. Your big box golf store adventure will begin on Saturday, July 30, 2022 with a grand opening weekend celebration. There will be $30,000 in golf and tennis giveaways at the store. The PGA Tour Superstore will fill the void left by the closure of the nearby Golf Galaxy, which closed in 2018.

There's definitely a large market for golf around here, so hopefully this does well.
I can't imagine opening a retail store with rents as high as they are these days. The only saving grace for the store will be if they have a superb club fitting system - even then, in this slowing economy, how many are going to shop at that not so good location vs. shop on line? We'll see.
@6:13 Please tell us what is wrong with this location? It's a shoppers delight to have free parking, adjacent stores to shop, located on a major retail corridor. Your problem??

There's definitely a large market for golf around here, so hopefully this does well.
Company gets a 4.5 (out of 5) on Glassdoor. Even their entry level jobs pay $17-$22 w/health benefits. Solid jobs for no degree/trade.
