Planet Fitness will be opening a new gym in North Bethesda. It will be at the Montrose Shopping Center at 5520 Randolph Road. Two years ago, Gold's Gym closed its location there. Planet Fitness has an existing gym nearby at Federal Plaza. Do you prefer Planet Fitness, or Gold's Gym?

With so many new apartment, condo and office buildings having rather extensive and well equipped fitness facilities built into their on-site amenity packages, I’m surprised these large freestanding gyms are so popular.
Gold’s gym use to be there. Only good thing is parking. But out of way.
Some people live in houses.
