The building will include studio and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with annual leases and monthly service fees, a Shelter representative said at last night's presentation.
Shelter plans to present their plan to the Montgomery County Planning Board in early 2015. If approved, the company expects groundbreaking to be in 2016, with 12-15 months of construction for delivery.

Fun. is a contemporary indie band for the hipster crowd, not the AARP crowd.
