Regarding the disorderly charge, I was at a restaurant this weekend and overheard some Bainbridge residents at the table next to me. Word is a lot of them are angry about the noise coming from Union Jack's across the street, which continues until after closing.
Not sure how much they can complain though -- Union Jack's was there long before Bainbridge.
"Woodmont and St. Elmo" is a block away from United Jerks, but I figured that it was related to them. And probably the drug arrest in the same block.
