Demolition continues at Bethesda Shell station (Photos)

The house? The house is gone, leaving only rubble behind. Meanwhile, only the small convenience store structure remained Monday at the former Shell station at Old Georgetown Road and Woodmont Avenue.

Both properties are being razed to make way for a small TD Bank building.

How many articles does Dyer plan to write about the same demolished gas station?

Seems to me this can easily be torn down and replaced with a higher density project once they realize the can make more money.

4:44: I definitely agree with the first part of your sentence, but what puzzles me is why it's taking them years to figure out the value of land in downtown Bethesda near Metro.

The photos show how ludicrous this bank project is. The house they demolished was taller than the bank building will be.

Folks visit bank branches infrequently relative to the past.
