The permanent, lighted sign has been installed at Urban Boxing Bethesda at 4834 Cordell Avenue. Urban Boxing features classes in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, yoga, and more. It was named the region's Best Gym for 2017 by
Washingtonian magazine.

What's wrong with building? Large space, a lot of foot traffic...seems good to me.
The underground aspect may hamper it a bit. Lots of Bethesda places seem to turnover frequently. What's the rent here?
