Tattoo Haven opened more than a year ago at 4823-A Fairmont Avenue in downtown Bethesda. Their location just got easier to find. New lighted signage was added to the second floor of their building at the edge of Veterans Park. It was lit up last night.

You would think a tattoo parlor, that specializes in graphic design, would have more attractive and creative signs.
