Sidewalk obstacles on Cordell Avenue
Pedestrians should watch their step on Cordell Avenue between Old Georgetown Road and Norfolk Avenue. Some work being done by the curb is fenced off, reducing the amount of space on the sidewalk near Caddies on Cordell.

Oh, stop staring at it and just walk around it already.
You complain when stuff doesn’t get fixed, and you complain when stuff does get fixed and is clearly marked with barricades and orange fencing during the process. Don’t you think you are being a bit hypocritical?
Just talked to the driver in a PEPCO van near Tastee Diner said it might have been them "switching..." Not construction related. Still suspicious, inconvenient and concerning tho'.

11:02: That's a tough one - the only active site over there is on Rugby, and they're not working at night. They are working nights at 7272 Wisconsin.
