Roll by Goodyear has downsized at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda. The tire sales and service shop opened in a traditional storefront at the mall in December 2018. There never seemed to be many customers in there over the last 3 years, and most people weren't "rolling" anywhere in cars much over the last year. Now Roll is a kiosk outside Express on Level 2.

Goodyear "rolls" out into kiosk at Montgomery Mall

This concept seems like a massive failure.
I never see anyone at the location in Bethesda Row either.
A kiosk makes so much more sense for this. I wouldn’t go into the store, but I might take a quick peek ask a quick question as I walk by a kiosk.
