Crane activity closed two southbound lanes of Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda overnight, in the vicinity of 7508 Wisconsin. Sterling, Virginia-based Arminco Air, Inc. was changing equipment on the building's roof between 10:00 PM last night, and 5:00 AM this morning.
